Inferior chocolate

I made this purchase because Purdys Chocolate had not yet stocked their dark chocolate covered orange peel for the Christmas season. Big mistake. The chocolate is inferior. Tasteless really when compared to Läderach, Sprüngli  or even Purdys. I later realized that Galerie au Chocolat uses soy lecithin, not the more expensive cocoa butter, in the manufacturing of their chocolate. Moreover, the orange peel was dry. I bought a number of these bags for gifts. Not anymore.

Love the combination of dark chocolate and candied orange peel. Just the right amount of both!
