Is your chocolate nut-free?
Our chocolate is made in a peanut-free facility, contains or may contain tree nuts. We recommend that you read the list of ingredients and the allergen statements on the back of the product labels or on our website on their product page.
What allergens are contained in your product?
Our products are processed in a peanut-free factory. Strict control measures and procedures are in place to manage and avoid cross-contamination.

Our Fairtrade chocolate range is a SOY-free production, these products are manufactured according to a special production with segregation methods specific to their production. Strict control measures and procedures are in place to manage and avoid cross-contamination.Ā

What are the internal wrappers of the chocolate bars made of?
We currently use a foil wrapping on our product to protect the chocolate and avoid blooming, however we are in the process of transitioning to a compostable wrapper.
Is your chocolate gluten free?
Products that are manufactured with gluten are done so according to segregation methods specific to their production.
Strict control measures and procedures are in place to manage and avoid cross-contamination.
Is your chocolate vegan?
Absolutely. We have a full vegan line, and our vegan dark chocolates are made using processes that ensure they meet vegan standards.
Is your chocolate kosher?
All our chocolates are indeed certified kosher. We also have a separate production Kosher for Passover chocolate.
Does the chocolate contain sugar?
Yes, our standard chocolates contain sugar. However, we offer a dedicated sugar-free line for those seeking alternatives. Additionally, our Fairtrade bars are made exclusively with organic cane sugar.
How should I store your chocolate?
To keep your chocolate as fresh as possible, keep it in a cool, dry place. Keeping your chocolate in the fridge or freezer is OK (letās be real ā frozen chocolate is tasty) if you are only storing it for a day or two, but try to keep it in a drawer or compartment that blocks out excess moisture to avoid blooming (crystallization and streaking).
Do you use sustainably sourced cocoa?
Yes, all our cocoa is sustainably and ethically sourced.
I see a white coating on my chocolate. What is it?
That's called "blooming," a natural occurrence where sugar crystals rise to the surface of the chocolate. While it may alter the appearance, it doesn't affect the chocolate's safety or taste.

What are your shipping options and costs?
Shipping costs and options vary depending on your location and amount. You can find detailed information during the checkout process. We strive to provide competitive rates and reliable delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders arrive within 3-7 business daysafter it has been processed. For customers within the Montreal area, we also offer same-day delivery.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this numberto track your package on the carrier's website.
What happens if my chocolate arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our chocolates to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will happily provide a replacement or refund.
Do you ship during warm weather?
Yes, we take precautions to protect your chocolates during warm weather. We use insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain their quality. However, we recommend selecting expedited shipping during hot months to minimize the risk of melting.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
What are your shipping hours?
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
